Personal Essentials
Singing Stuff and Other Fun Gear (mostly optional)
- A photo of a completed negative rapid test that you took on Friday, March 28th, 2025. You can also bring the test itself to show us.
- Your health insurance information or insurance card (in case of emergency)
- At least one spare rapid test, to test yourself during the weekend (but two is better just in case!)
- Masks (optional, but we recommend that you bring a few just in case)
Personal Essentials
- Bedding / linens, including:
- Sheets (most beds are single beds; mattresses are provided)
- Pillow (s) & pillowcase(s)
- Blanket(s) or sleeping bag
- TOWEL! Definitely bring a towel.
- Pillow! Did we say pillow? Bring a pillow!
- Flashlight. The camp is dark at night and paths may be icy or muddy.
- Toiletries, including towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.
- Your personal medications, including any over-the-counter meds that you might need
- Layers: the buildings are heated, but we still have to walk between them, so bring warm clothes and shoes
- Rain gear, snow pants if snow is predicted, boots (check the weather!)
- Earplugs and/or eye mask, if you are a light sleeper
- If you have special food needs you may bring supplemental food. Limited fridge space is available only for those with special dietary needs.
Singing Stuff and Other Fun Gear (mostly optional)
- A song or many to share!
- Notebook and pens/pencils to write down notes, song titles, contact info, etc.
- Instruments! This is mostly a singing weekend, but instruments are very welcome
- Dance shoes (there is often an attendee-led contra dance on Saturday night)
- Indoor shoes or slippers
- An audio recorder - see our Recording Policy
- Camp has a sauna! Bring a bathing suit if you like to wear those in saunas.
- Items for the silent auction! CDs, music, books, anything else…great chance to re-gift!
- Cash and/or a checkbook, for performer merch, silent auction bidding, and purchasing beverages at the cash bar, if you like
- Hot and cold drinking vessels: Please bring your own mug and water bottle.
- Tea for the communal tea table
- Your knitting/crochet/handcraft project
- Puzzles or games
- Snacks and drinks to share, for the weekend-long snack potluck table and late-night hangouts. No hot-plate or fridge available. Label homemade food with ingredients, please!
- Seriously - don't forget your pillow!
