Complete your registration form now! Based on current registration numbers, we anticipating being able to admit many people right off the waitlist, and very likely everyone who completes registration by February 15 will be offered a spot at YTS 2026. |

Registration is a 2-step process:
1) At any time during registration (December 1, 2025 - January 5, 2026), fill out our registration form. Once you register, you'll receive an email confirming your registration. 2) If registrants exceed our capacity at the camp, we will run a lottery. We will decide this in mid-January, and run the lottery if needed. You will receive an email in mid-January either offering you a spot at YTS or letting you know you have been placed on a waitlist. That email will include information on how to confirm and pay for your spot at YTS, and how to pre-order T-shirts. 3) If you register during the waitlist period (January 3, 2026 - February 15, 2026) we will add you to the waitlist. We will contact you if a cancellation opens up a spot for you at YTS 2026. Spots can open up right up until the day before the event, but feel free to contact us sooner for updates on your waitlist position. |
The actual per-person cost of running this year's event is around $285/person. (This is in large part due to venue costs, which have increased significantly over the past few years) We encourage you to apply for a scholarship if cost is a barrier. If you are feeling financially flush, we appreciate your support to make our event accessible to everyone. The pricing structure is as follows:
The scholarships we are offering will be discounts of $85, $170, or $220 off the ticket price for your age bracket. |

We encourage children to attend! Attendees under the age of 13 must have supervision of an adult chaperone. When you register, list the adult and child together in the “Who’s Coming With You?” section. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about registering your family. Adults can serve as chaperone for more than one child, though each child needs a named chaperone. Children aged 13 and up do not need a chaperone.

Until early March 2026, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. During mid-March you may cancel your registration, but you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. After mid-March no refunds will be given. In case of last-minute extenuating circumstances (severe illness or weather-related travel issues), contact [email protected] to discuss options for a partial refund.
