How to Register
Registration is a 2-step process:
1) At any time during registration (December 1, 2024 - January 3, 2025), fill out our registration form. Once you register, you'll receive an email confirming your registration.
2) In mid-January 2025, we will run the registration lottery. After we run the registration lottery in mid-January, if we can offer you a spot at YTS we will contact you to let you know including information on how to confirm and pay for your spot at YTS, and how to pre-order T-shirts!
3) If you register during the waitlist period (January 3, 2025 - February 15, 2025) we will add you to the waitlist. We will contact you if a cancellation opens up a spot for you at YTS 2025. Spots can open up right up until the day before the event, but feel free to contact us sooner for updates on your waitlist position.

Cost Guidance
The actual per-person cost of running this year's event is around $285/person. (This is in large part due to venue costs, which have increased significantly over the past few years) We encourage you to apply for a scholarship if cost is a barrier. If you are feeling financially flush, we appreciate your support to make our event accessible to everyone. The pricing structure is as follows:
At Cost Ticket: $285
Generous Ticket: $360
Superhero Ticket: $440
Child Ticket (Ages 8-13): $200
Very Small Kid Ticket (Ages 3-7): $115
Baby/Toddler (Ages 0-2): Free
The scholarships we are offering will be discounts of $85, $170, or $220 off the ticket price for your age bracket.

Families With Children
We encourage children to attend! Attendees under the age of 13 must have supervision of an adult chaperone. When you register, list the adult and child together in the “Who’s Coming With You?” section. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about registering your family. Adults can serve as chaperone for more than one child, though each child needs a named chaperone. Children aged 13 and up do not need a chaperone.
Cancellation Policy
Until early March 2025, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. During mid-March you may cancel your registration, but you will only receive a refund if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. After mid-March no refunds will be given. In case of last-minute extenuating circumstances (severe illness or weather-related travel issues), contact [email protected] to discuss options for a partial refund.
